We are specialized in business valuation and financial advisory services related to acquisitions and divestments, restructurings, disputes, and strategic corporate finance initiatives.

Our advice is based on the highest technical standards, decades of experience, sector expertise and insights from our senior advisor network.

Our analyses are objective and independent, as we are free from audit and other independence and project acceptance restrictions.

History

ValueTrust was founded in 2007 as Value-Trust Financial Advisors GmbH by former employees of KPMG’s Corporate Finance division. From 2007 to mid 2013, ValueTrust was part of the Duff & Phelps group, a leading international consulting firm for financial advisory and investment banking services.

After the takeover by an international private equity consortium and the delisting of Duff & Phelps in spring 2013, ValueTrust separated in summer 2013. Since then, ValueTrust has been managed by former senior employees of KPMG and Duff & Phelps.

ValueTrust currently has offices in Munich, Frankfurt, Zurich and Vienna.

ValueTrust is a member of the Valuation Research Group (VRG), which provides deep expertise in valuation advisory and value-related services for international businesses in more than 60 countries. Our global reach enables us to offer clients a single source for expert, independent valuation support.

    Together with our academic and research partners, we continuously strive for best-in-class performance.

    ValueTrust and HHL Leipzig are working together on academic studies, such as the first German study on the systematic analysis of takeover bids and delisting strategies (“taking private study”).
